PHASE 1 — ROUGH CLEAN (after framing, drywall, MEP rough-ins)
----------------------------------------------------------------
[ ] Remove all large construction debris (lumber, drywall scraps, packaging)
[ ] Sweep and shovel loose material from all floors
[ ] Remove stickers, tape, and labels from windows, doors, and fixtures
[ ] Knock down heavy dust from framing, ductwork, and ledges
[ ] Vacuum HVAC vents and return grilles
[ ] Haul debris to dumpster or off-site disposal
[ ] Verify site is safe and walkable for finish trades

PHASE 2 — FINAL CONSTRUCTION CLEAN (before punchlist / walkthrough)

GENERAL
[ ] Full HEPA vacuum of all surfaces, including ceilings and walls
[ ] Damp-wipe all horizontal surfaces (top-down)
[ ] Detail all door frames, jambs, hinges, and hardware
[ ] Clean all light fixtures, bulbs, and diffusers
[ ] Wipe down all outlets, switches, and cover plates
[ ] Clean HVAC vents, registers, and thermostats
[ ] Remove all remaining stickers and protective film

WINDOWS & GLASS
[ ] Clean interior glass, tracks, and frames
[ ] Detail exterior storefront and accessible windows
[ ] Polish mirrors and glass partitions
[ ] Clean window sills and mullions

KITCHENS / BREAK ROOMS
[ ] Wipe cabinet interiors, shelves, and drawers
[ ] Detail cabinet exteriors and hardware
[ ] Clean and polish countertops
[ ] Detail sinks, faucets, and backsplashes
[ ] Clean appliances (inside and out)

RESTROOMS
[ ] Detail toilets, urinals, and partitions
[ ] Clean and polish sinks, faucets, and fixtures
[ ] Sanitize all touchpoints
[ ] Clean mirrors and dispensers
[ ] Detail tile, grout, and floor drains

FLOORING
[ ] Vacuum and detail carpet
[ ] Sweep, mop, and detail hard flooring
[ ] Remove adhesive, paint, and grout haze
[ ] Buff or polish where specified

PHASE 3 — TOUCH-UP / PUNCHLIST CLEAN (before owner turnover)
----------------------------------------------------------------
[ ] Re-detail any areas impacted by punchlist trades
[ ] Spot-clean walls, doors, and trim
[ ] Re-clean glass and mirrors as needed
[ ] Vacuum and mop all floors one final time
[ ] Remove any remaining trash and packaging
[ ] Final walkthrough with GC / superintendent

EXTERIOR (optional)

[ ] Pressure wash sidewalks, entry aprons, and loading areas
[ ] Clean exterior signage and entry glass
[ ] Sweep parking areas and remove construction debris
